You are defined in life by the way you respond to defeat.

Leaders, we simply must ensure we know what the right questions are before we pragmatically charge in to make changes & transitions

In an org, don’t confuse mission w/ DNA. Mission is what you should be doing. DNA is what you’re doing. The goal is to sync DNA w/ mission.

the thing you suck at is not a shock to anybody.
Job is something you get. Career is something you are given. Calling is what you give away.
We don’t get to define ourselves.
To be effective leaders we have to take the risk to be known, not just followed.
You are genius made for a moment. You are beauty meant for display.
We build lives as projections of ourselves to try & tell us who we are.
I think we should live lives of adventure, but we have to start with who we are.
