2010 is over. 2011 is here. It brings with it the chance to try something new or just simply set your mind to accomplishing a goal and task.
Maybe, for some of you, you have vowed to read through the Bible in a year.
That is a noble task. Attached is a chart to help you stay on track. But remember, the goal of reading the Bible is to encounter Jesus and know Him fully. Don’t let it be a thing to check off.
Ready your Bible.
Pray and ask God to let you encounter Him.
Understand the passage - don’t just cross it off.
Reading the Bible in a year is a great way to get pulled into the grand narrative of what God is up to in the world.
